Moving your wedding seating plan off Prismm
Prismm, formerly AllSeated, is being retired in favour of Cvent Event Diagramming. Cvent says Prismm access ends in June 2027, and Prismm work becomes view-only after that. If you planned your wedding seating there, export what you need now and rebuild your tables for free.

What to export before access ends
- Cvent advises exporting the floor plans and reports you want to keep, and saving those files before the sunset date.
- Copy your guest names from your spreadsheet or guest list. Names are what you need to rebuild a seating chart.
- Keep a PDF or picture of your venue layout so you can match table numbers and room shape.
We have not built a Prismm file importer. The Cvent pages we checked do not describe a file format for moving a layout into another tool, so pasting your guest names is the reliable route.
Rebuild your seating chart for free
Paste your guest names, add round or rectangular tables, and drag guests to seats. It runs in your browser with no account, and you can download a PNG or PDF.
Open the seating chart makerIf you want to plan seating with your partner
Weduler is a shared planning workspace for couples. Seating works on web, Android and iOS, with reception, ceremony and cocktail layouts, a venue floor-plan backdrop, seating constraints, and Find your table on your guest website. You can bring your draft from the free tool into your workspace in one step.
