Week one after the date is set
Claim your guest-site link and park names, date, and city. You do not need a full design or registry to soft-launch. Early clarity beats a perfect layout that ships late.
With save-the-dates
Share the URL (or QR) so guests can start travel planning. Lodging blocks and a basic FAQ matter more than a long love story at this stage.
With invitations
Turn on RSVP, meal options, and any multi-event attendance. Set the deadline early enough that you can chase non-responders before catering guarantees — typically four to five weeks before the wedding for local celebrations.
Destination and short timelines
International or fly-in weekends: publish travel and lodging earlier, and set RSVP deadlines that respect passport and flight lead times. Six-month engagements: publish within the first two weeks and open RSVP as soon as invitations are ready.
How Weduler helps
Both partners edit the same guest site and see RSVPs land on one guest list — including manual replies when someone texts or calls instead of using the form.
