- Getting ready + hair/makeup (build surplus for late starts)
- First look or family photos (optional)
- Ceremony + recessional
- Cocktail hour / transition while couple portraits finish
- Grand entrance, dinner, speeches or toasts
- Dancing, cake, bouquet/garter or alternatives, last dance / send-off
Buffers and vendor handoff
Add 10–15 minutes between major blocks. Give the photographer, planner or day-of coordinator, DJ/band, and venue captain the same PDF or ICS. One partner should not be the only person with the schedule in their camera roll.
